"Assume that bad actors (who do exist) will not prevail." Tell that to the ancient Israelites who were conquered by Nebuchadnezzar and hauled off to Babylon, their homeland left in waste. Tell that to Corrie ten Boom who suffered in a concentration camp. Tell that to Diedrich Bonhoffer who was murdered before a firing squad. Tell that to William Tyndale, Jan Hus, and John Wycliffe who were burned at the stake for daring to get God's Word into the hands of the common people.

This is an incredibly naive article. You've supplanted the first commandment "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" and elevated the second ("Love your neighbor as yourself.") You think you can be nicer, more polite than God. Sometimes, the Lord is not nice; He is not afraid of controversy. Because He is good and merciful, He confronts with truth and sometimes not very politely. This is the reason our culture is DYING, because of the flaccid, feminine, khaki-pleated-sweater-vested refusal-to-action of the American Church. Ignorant fools, whoever wrote this article.

Why should Christians assume that bad actors will not prevail?

We should not assume that the election is stolen simply because some would like to steal it. It doesn't disallow the possibility.
